Paul McCartney’s ‘My Valentine’ Featuring Natalie Portman and Johnny Depp
Doloy diktatorov!!!
I was amazed to learn that a proposed tallest building in the world to be, the Kingdom Tower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_Tower), that’s going to be built in the Saudi Arabia with the budgeted costs of $1.23 billion and floor area of 530,000 m2 is just slighly more expensive than recently built Vancouver Conventional Centre (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vancouver_Convention_Centre) with the costs of $883 million and area of 20,490 m2.
So if we take a cost per sq.m, that would be $2,320 per m2 for Kingdome Tower vs. $43,094 per m2 for Vancouver Conventional Centre.
Just imagine – this is almost 20 times more expensive per m2 to built a regular builindg in Vancouver, than to built a unique tallest tower in the world. And now the BC government say they don’t have money to pay teachers!
